The Ventura Chapter of APICS is proud of its history in education and achieved certification of its students. The Ventura County Chapter was the first in the Country to have 5 members attaining the CSCP designation.

To facilitate the CSUCI Extended Education registration process it is recommended that you contact their office directly by phoning Brianne Keighley at (805) 437-2748; however, for after-hours convenience on-line registration can be accessed at the following link:

https://webapps.csuci.edu/CSUCIApps/Department/ExtendedEd/EnrollmentForm/enrollmentform.aspx 

 

Please register at least two weeks in advance of class start dates so that the requisite quantity of materials can be placed on order.  Materials are ordered by the Chapter and distributed with payment collected at the first class meeting.

For a copy of the registration form, download the file "SP 11 Reg Form.pdf" from the attachments section below. It can be printed, filled and faxed to the university for enrollment.
